Taking the time at this stage enables us to step into your shoes, so that the system specification we recommend is customised for you. That means we can move forward with pace if necessary.
You will no doubt have a list of requirements you have researched that you want to include. During a site survey we will look at the building structure, perimeter, current or new system usage and understand the reason, or maybe concerns, that made you approach us.
We can also discuss the pro’s and con’s of your requirements, discuss alternatives, keeping in mind your budget and timeline. At this stage we are looking to understand what you need and educate you on the options available.
Back at our premises, we build a bespoke specification for you. Depending on your needs it can be a simple proposal or a comprehensive specification. For the more complex systems the specification will include options you have requested as well as project management, installation and maintenance detail. All our proposals and specifications comply with relevant industry standards.
We also consider existing systems which may need to be integrated into the new system and provide recommendations on the best way to do this.
Once you receive your quote, our team are available to make sure its what you need, to clarify any gaps and enable you to make an informed decision.
